Where is your office?

My office is on the second floor at the following address:

12304 Santa Monica Blvd.Suite 215Los Angeles, CA 90025

The building is on Santa Monica Blvd in between Bundy and Centinela.

Is there parking?

There is metered parking on Robertson Boulevard, free parking on side streets and Olympic Boulevard, and an underground parking garage at 822 South Robertson Boulevard.

Please be sure to read street signs carefully!

What is your cancellation policy?

48 hours’ notice for all cancellations is required.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are typically 50 minutes.

How can therapy be helpful for children under 8?

The first few years of life are a vulnerable time for us all. It’s during this time that we form our road map for emotional regulation, ways to cope, problem solving, and how to be in relationships.

There is so much learning and growing during early development, so therapy at this stage in life can improve their trajectory significantly.

How can therapy help me during pregnancy?

Pregnancy is a time of overwhelming change. Therapy can be your space to process those changes and bring relief to the stresses during pregnancy.

Therapy will equip you with skills needed to help you transition to parenthood and be the best parent you can possibly be.

How can therapy help me have better relationships?

Therapy helps you have better relationships with others by improving the relationship with yourself.

Once you feel more complete within yourself, you are better in communicating your needs, setting boundaries, and knowing your expectations in relationships.

If I decide to start therapy, am I bound to sessions for a certain amount of time?

Once we start therapy you can end sessions at any time you wish.

Do you work with people from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, and religions?

Most of my experience is working with people from diverse backgrounds. I know firsthand the importance of having a culturally competent clinician.

Cultural experiences are not an afterthought in our work together. I learn about your culture through you and do not impose any of my values or way of seeing the world onto you.

What do you enjoy about being a therapist?

I’ve known since I was in high school that becoming a therapist was my career path.

I love being part of human transformation daily. I love all my clients and the relationships and memories that we make.
